Meet Dooley! He is a special little guy who needs a special home. As with many double dapples that are irresponsibly bred, he is deaf and has a small amount of vision loss, but, this has not slowed him down. He is a happy go lucky kid that loves chasing falling leaves and butterflies in the back yard. He is active but loves to sit in your lap when he winds down. He is housetrained and will sleep in his crate at night, but doesn't like being in the crate for long periods during the day. He will require a very secure yard and will always need to be on a leash when outside of the yard. Please consider giving this cute little guy a forever home.

UPDATE

I may not be able to hear, and have some vision loss, but that sure doesn't slow me down! I'm an active and loving boy with a lot of love and spunk to share. I really enjoy having a playmate to pass the time with, but I love to snuggle even more! Just take a seat, and I'll be sure to curl up on your lap and snooze the time away, under a blanket - of course!

Some might say that being deaf is a handicap. Well, I don't see it that way! I can hear a person's love come through loud and clear. I just have the unique ability to not hear all the other noises that may get in the way of my nap. If you're the type of person who enjoys good company, then I'd love to meet you too!
