Fudge:  Adopted

I am certainly coming out of my shell now! My emerging personality is starting to flourish and with just a little patience, love and understanding, I now feel I can show my true colors to the world! I can be a very outgoing fellow who loves to play and shower a kind person with affection! I'm still a pretty shy with new strangers, but warm up quickly to a kind soul. They say I have the potential to shine as bright as my gorgeous colors!

I've only had a little exposure to kids so far, but if they are calm and gentle, I think they might make a good friend. Playing with other dogs is great fun and kitties don't seem to bother me either. My last family sent me to the shelter because I had an accident in the house. They didn't have me neutered and I got really scared when they corrected me, but I promise to work hard on my potty habits! I just need a gentle, patient person, willing to help me learn.

I passed my behavior evaluation and am told I would make a great pet. I've gotten all my shots and have now been neutered, so I'm ready to move on to a new life!

I am just looking for someone to love, and prove they love me too! Do you think you could be up to this challenge? I'll pay you back with funny smiles, happy tail wags, and lots of love in return!

UPDATE

This new life of mine is sure making me happy! I get to cuddle up on laps and meet all sorts of new people now. I still get a little shy of strange faces, but give me a treat and a kind word - I'll surely warm up to you fast!

I really like to play with other dogs and cats. But, going on a walk is the most fun thing to do! I love to go explore and see new things! Maybe you've seen me walking past your house? I'm the really cute guy with big brown eyes and a blue leash. Next time you you see me, I'd love for you to invite me in for a visit! I'll bet you'll fall in love with me, and maybe even invite me to stay! Meanwhile, I'll just keep on walking, and keep my eyes open for a chance to see you!

UPDATE

I'm spunky and young. Just full of life and energy. I have a great personality just waiting for the right home to help it blossom. I'm learning to trust people and have started to trust the world again.

I'm doing well with my training and get along great with my foster brother. My foster mom says I am a joy to have in her home. I have a lot of love to share with the world! I'm just waiting for the perfect home so I can spread that love around!

UPDATE

Aww, c'mon! I know you want to play! I brought my ball to you! Don't you want to throw it for me? Yes, this is a normal sized, run of the mill tennis ball. But - I can fit it inside my mouth and carry it around with ease! Ok, it does stretch my tiny jaw a bit to the max...but I'm not letting that get in my way! I've found my playful side and would love to play a game of "you toss the ball and see if I bring it back" with you!
