Dottie Mae
Dottie Mae has had quite a history - she survived Katrina, was adopted out after that, then dumped at a kill shelter when her family moved. She was saved once again, this time by CTDR from the kill shelter. Now she went down in her back, so she has gone through successful back surgery.

Bruiser
Bruiser is a beautiful one year old dog who was hit by a car and stuck at a shelter for 4 agonizing, painful days with a broken pelvis before we were notified. We picked him up immediately and rushed him to our vet, where his injuries were assessed and he was put in proper pain medication. He required orthopedic surgery to repair his injuries. He is on the mend and doing well.
