Sweet Oscar was surrendered to a local shelter in the North Texas by his owners as they no longer wanted to care for him.  He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots but is in dire need of a dental.  His mouth is in pretty bad shape so once he recovers from that he will be looking for a forever home in which to spent the rest of his golden years.  If that could be you, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
