All businesses listed on this page support CTDR in one way or another.

Some will donate a portion of a sale to CTDR . Of these some require you to register CTDR as the charity you wish to sponsor. Others require you to click on the link from our web site to get to the sponsoring company's web site. If you are planning to shop online, please consider using one of these companies and help us out in the process!

Others are friends, donators, and/or sponsors of CTDR events. You are encouraged to support these businesses in return.

Take a walk and help animals!

ResQwalk is a free mobile app that lets you raise money and resources for your favorite animal welfare organization, and all you have to do is walk! Make sure you select Central Texas Dachshund Rescue as the ResQ you would like to support once you're in the app.

Visit the Doggie Deli and Spa at 2051 Cypress Creek Road in Cedar Park in the Austin area for your premium pet food, supply and grooming needs. The owners are CTDR supporters and sell CTDR merchandise as well!

Dog House Drinkery is a great dog park and a comfortable pub combined. The owner schedules a yearly adoption event for CTDR.

The main park area is a 1/2 acre fenced-in off leash dog area with plenty of shade, lights, crushed granite & access to the bar without having to leave the park area. DogHouse has a separate 10,000 square ft off leash area in the front of the property that is used for adoptions, training, yappy hours, birthday parties & other general use. There is also a separate area for small dogs (less than 30 pounds) that is connected to the main park area.

The off leash dog park area is the only area that is membership only but day passes can be purchased for $5.00 per dog. Yearly membership is $75.00 a year. If you have more than one dog the cost of the yearly membership is an additional $5.00 per dog.

Central Texas Dachshund Rescue is now set up as a charity to receive funds from iGive.com. iGive.com allows you to support CTDR with a percentage of your online shopping and it is free. When you access merchants through iGive.com, CTDR gets a portion of the sale automatically. Once you register at the site, you can list CTDR as your charity of choice.

You can do all, or a lot, of your online ordering through this because most of the regular stores are hooked up with them. Just order through the IGive portal instead of direct through the store so that that store gives us a percentage. Happy shopping and thank you from all the CTDR dogs in need!

The GingerLead is a soft, padded belly sling with a leash and handle to help dogs with weak hind legs walk. GingerLead has graciously donated slings to our CTDR dogs who have needed back surgery. They make a wonderful product so if your dog needs help walking, please click on their picture to be taken directly to their website.
