Cover

To bid on the cover of the calendar, bidding starts at $250.00 which includes a photo shoot, your CTDR dog's photo on the cover of the calendar and your dog's photo and "story" on another page within the calendar. Please email shop@ctdr.org with your bid. If we notify you as the winning bidder, you can make your donation and the photographer will contract you to set up a photo shoot.

Month

To have your CTDR alum grace one of the monthly pages, email shop@ctdr.org and specify your preferred month. Once we confirm that your month is reserved, you can make your $125 donation and the photographer will contact you to set up a photoshoot.

All months have been reserved for 2026.

Dates

Dates are a wonderful way to dedicate, memorialize, or have fun showcasing your loved one.

Purchasing dates and then submitting pictures and text is a two-step process. Please see the instruction page for full details on this process. 

You must do both of the following:

1. Select and Purchase your Dates - Purchase the date(s) desired online by clicking HERE. Afterwards E-junkie will send you emails confirming the dates that you purchased.

2. Submit Pictures and Text - Complete the CTDR Calendar Form by clicking HERE

Buy 1 day for $10, 3 for $22.50, or 5 for $30! Discount will automatically apply once the quantities are added to your cart.

Purchase 1 calendar for $20, or 3 for $45. Discount applies automatically when you add 3 or more calendars to your cart.

However you eventually have to return to the E-junkie site to pay for your cart after all purchases are complete.
