Heartworm Prevention is given on the 10th of each month

Ceasar has found himself in Rescue after his owner had to surrender him and his friend Ginger due to health reasons. He is fully vetted and is ready for a forever home.  He is a little skittish and loud noises do scare him.  He gets along fine with the other dogs in the foster home.
