Say hello to Ms. Thumper. She is a beautiful , Black and Tan Long Haired Dachshund. Miss Thumper is five years old and in the prime of her life. Thumper was surrendered to CTDR by her owner NW of Dallas, because she could no longer care for her. There were no issues other than her owner did not take care and Thumper tested positive for Heartworms. CTDR stepped up and had her treated and Miss Thumper is now Heartworm free and ready for her forever home. This lady is housetrained and crate trained. She Loves both giving and receiving attention. She is very laid back and  good natured. She is good with dogs and people. Do not know about cats, but in my opinion should not be a problem. She is a joyful foster that we love caring for. She will integrate easily into any family.
