Memphis has just arrived into Rescue after being surrendered to the shelter by his family.  The living conditions had changed for his family and they could no longer care for their dogs.  Look at those soft eyes on Memphis.  They just melt your heart.  He is a little apprehensive when he first meets you but is very sweet when he warms up.
