Miss Ethel is very new to Rescue.  She was taken to the shelter by her owner and surrendered as the owner could no longer care for her.  She arrived with some wounds on her back from          another dog in the attacking her.  She is up to date on all of her vetting and is resting comfortably at her foster home.  If interested in Ethel, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
