Popeye is one of our newest arrivals to CTDR.  He was as a stray on the streets of North Texas and taken to a local shelter.  CTDR was contacted when no one came to get him and we immediately went and got him.  He is a beautiful double dapple boy.  He was born with one eye, which is a trait of the Double Dapple breeding.  He is up to date with all of his vaccines and will be neutered this coming week.  He is a very friendly to people and a very playful chap with the other dogs.  He is house broken, rides well in the car and knows his way around a doggie door.  His tail is always wagging and he loves to snuggle next to you under a blanket on the sofa or in the big bed.  His one beautiful blue eye is working great but he likes you to approach slowly on the left side.  If you are interested in giving Popeye his forever home, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
