Heartworm Prevention is given on the 13th of each month

Savannah is a beautiful 4 year old girl who has joined CTDR after being found as a stray in a field in the Austin area.  She was taken to the shelter in hopes that her family would come for her.  When no one showed up, CTDR as contacted and we  immediately went and got this little beauty.  She is now fully vetted and is ready to find her forever home. She hits every single dachshund stereotype dead on the money! She’s affectionate, vocal (she likes to talk at times), stubborn, willful, playful, smart, curious, and food driven. She hates walking in wet grass, and avoids walking in dry grass - but will sunbathe in the grass or basically anywhere else as much as she can.
