This beautiful senior lady is a new arrival to CTDR.  Her owner had to move out of state and could not take Tootsie.  She has received all of her vaccinations and will finish her vetting in the next.  She is enjoying her foster home and has warmed very fast to her humans.  She will be looking for her forever home once her vetting has been completed.  If interested in Tootsie, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
