Have you been searching for the perfect dog and keep coming up empty? Look no further, Mr. Chunks is the dog you’ve been looking for! Mr. Chunks is the perfect mix of cuddly and playful. He’s young, has a lot of energy, and really enjoys playing with other dogs. He also loves playing fetch, but is still working on the bringing it back to you part. Chunks is a great little snuggler and enjoys being with you. He’s also fine to hang out on his own in a dog bed near you. He’s potty trained and knows how to use the doggy door and also crate trained, though prefers not to be in there. This is one pup that will bring your life lots of joy. Are you ready for him? Mr. Chunks is a new arrival into Rescue.  He was found on Christmas Eve and the finder posted flyers, posted to neighborhood forums in hopes his owner would be found, but no one came forward.  The finder then reached out to CTDR to see if this little guy could come to Rescue so that we could find him his forever home.  He has received most of his vetting and will get neutered and microchipped this week.  Mr. Chunks does get along with other dogs but is not very fond of cats.  He is very shy when you first meet him but once he warms up, he will be your forever friend.  If interested in bringing this little guy into your family, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
