Rolo is one of our newest arrival to CTDR.  This young guy had been hit by a car and then taken to local vet in the South Texas area.  He was then taken to a local shelter in hopes his family would show up. but no one did.  When the shelter set a deadline  for him either to  have a home or be put to sleep, CTDR was contacted and a wonderful volunteer got him and he was taken to one of our CTDR vets.  New xrays have been taken and it appears his leg has a bad fracture which can heal with splinting.  This is good news because at first it was thought he would have orthopedic surgery.  He is resting very comfortably and after he recovers, he will be ready for his forever home.  Please check back with additional updates on Rolo.
