Meet Oakley.  This beautiful black and tan longhair girl is the newest arrival to CTDR.  She was found as a stray and taken to the local shelter in hopes her family would come and reclaim her.  When that did not happen, CTDR was contacted to see if we had room for her.  We wasted no time getting to the shelter and getting her to safety.  Oakley has had all of her vaccines and will need to be spayed before she can be adopted.  While at the shelter, the vet tech noticed she had a wobbly walk and noticed she had possible back surgery in the past.  Her wobbly gait may be permanent but she is being checked out our veterinary partners.  Please check back on our website for further updates.
