Oskar is a new arrival to CTDR along with his best friend Lucy.  Their family was moving overseas and the dogs would not be able to make the trip.. In 2021 Oskar developed Type 1 Diabetes which has affected his eyesight.  He does require insulin twice a day.  He is fully vetted and will need to be adopted with Lucy as he is her life coach and her best friend.
