Heartworm Prevention is given on the 12th of each month

 

UPDATE: 

Luna is thriving in her foster home. She has put a little meat on her bones, her hair is growing thicker and softer, and her energy level has increased immensely. She is very sweet and affectionate, will give kisses and loves to curl up on your lap in the evening. She likes to spend most of her day patrolling the yard - following every path any critter might have taken, run over to say hi to the squirrels, watch the birds, etc. She will bark at people on the other side of the fence - but doesn't bark incessantly.. She is living her best life when on paw patrol in the yard, and loves to be out there all day. She has learned to use the doggie door and is having fewer accidents in the house. When she isn't outside, she will play a little with our other foster dog, and play with the squeaky toys a little - but not for long periods. She is pretty calm in the house for the most part and not very needy. She loves to go for walks, meal time, and a good ear scratch.

 

Luna is new arrival to CTDR.  She was surrendered by her owners after they were no longer able to keep her.  She will need to go through the vetting process and once completed, she will be looking for her forever home.
