Let's all welcome Roscoe into rescue,  Roscoe's owner passed away and a family member took him and just recently, Roscoe's companion also passed away which has left him so sad and lonely.  the family member is now moving and are unable to take Roscoe with them and CTDR was contacted and we right away said we would help Roscoe find his forever family.
