Meet Fred Walker, the newest arrival to CTDR. This sweet senior gentleman was found walking the streets of Dallas and taken to the nearest shelter in hopes that his family would come looking for him. When that did not happen, CTDR was contacted by the shelter and of course we said we would take him in. This little guy was in rough shape when he first came into Rescue as he was covered in fleas, but after several baths, he is doing so much better and thankful for a warm, cozy spot to relax. He settles in to new environments quickly. Car rides are a breeze, and as long as he has a soft spot to lay, he is content! He has a hard time walking, but he perks up when he is outside and trotting along. He is friendly with all human interaction and with other dogs. He most likely will need an extensive dental in the next couple of weeks. If interested in fostering or adopting this senior gent, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org.
