Heartworm prevention given on the 21st of each month

Allie is just about the sweetest girl around town! She is around 21months old and is a mix. She weighed in at 16lbs when we first got her, but we are happy to report that she is working on her girly figure and has already lost 1.5lbs!

 

She is incredibly sweet and gentle and loves being in your company. She can be shy at first, but once she warms up, shes always ready for plenty of love and attention!  She does seem to be extremely cautious around any man she meets and hides when left alone with them. She seems to be more at ease and comfortable when just in the company of women.

 

Allie is always interested in other dogs and definately does not fear the big ones, but seems to prefer playing with the ones closer to her size. I am not sure how she would do with cats or if she has ever been around them. She loves to be outside and is always up for a little walk around the block. You will probably catch her sunbathing if you give her the chance!

 

Allie is housetrained and crate trained. You can leave her alone and she wont destroy your home. She does love to sleep in her crate though! 

 

She does not appear to be food aggressive. We are working on a food schedule with her though. She likes to graze and will eat other dogs food if she thinks she can get away with it.. so watch out! She definately LOVES her treats, but watch your fingers because she can get excited!

 

She loves to cuddle up on the couch in her doggie bed and then burry herself under her blanket.  She always has plently of puppy kisses to give and is looking for a family who will love her forever!
