Heartworm Prevention is given on the 25th of each month

Bailey is an energetic, playful, loving little guy who gets along with people and other small dogs.  He does not appear to like large dogs such as his foster family's Lab whom he sees thru the fence.  He is no pushover but will defend himself with a growl. Otherwise he is not aggressive with his foster family's other doxies. He will ask to go outside to potty. He seems to learn the family routine quickly. He is a dog that thrives on companionship, human or canine. He would not do well as an only dog. At times he will appear a little skittish. However, he will quickly start wagging his tail when he is talked to and reassured.  He is a ball of energy but will crater all at once when bedtime comes. Then he will dive under the covers and go to sleep. 10 or 12 hours later, he is ready to do it all again.
