Jackie is a very sweet dog.  She loves to be with people.  She plays well with toys, bringing  them back when thrown.  She does not like the crate, she crys when put in the crate.  Jackie loves to sit with us when we read a book or watch TV.  She is a constant shadow when we walk around the house or in the yard.  She plays with the other dogs and likes to run around the back yard with them.  She will roll over on her back to have her belly rubbed.  She will lie in your arms like a baby. She likes to bark when she hears a noise out side.  She is a great squirrel chaser and will look out the French doors at the squirrels and birds.  She eats well and is not intimidated by the other dogs when they come around her food bowl.  All the dogs have their own eating area and she learned in one day where her food bowl is placed. She does well riding in the car; however, she wants to get in my lap when I drive so I have to discourage her and I make sure  she stays in  her seat. She has had a few accidents in the house mainly due to the fact that she does not like to go outside when it is cold. So far, she has not tried to run out the house door or garage door--I think she enjoys being around people too much to be a runner.  She will sit still when we want to pick her up--not dancing around and making it difficult to pick her up. All in all, she is a very enjoyable little dog and extremely affectionate with a lot of personality.
