Oh my goodness, could this sweet face get any cuter?  Meet Otis as he is very new to CTDR. Otis was found when he was 5 weeks old after being dumped into a dumpster.   This little guy is about 12 weeks old now and has had his first two sets of puppy shots.  He will be neutered and microchipped soon and then will be ready for his forever home.  Could he be the one for you?  Go to CTDR.org and complete an application.  This little guy so wants a forever home.
