Heartworm Prevention is given on the 12th of each month

Update 8/24/16 :  Vincent is making a wonderful recovery.  He obeyed his Dr's orders and is taking his crate rest and physical therapy in great stride.  He is walking and using his back legs quite well now and continues to get stronger each week.  

Update:  8/1/16 Unfortunately last week sweet Vincent suffered a back injury and needed immediate surgery.  He will need some time to recover but his outlook is good as he has sensation in his back legs and still has that sweet wagging tail.  Vincent is a strong little guy and has never let life get him down. Vincent may be missing an ear, but he is not missing in love and affection ! This little guy wants nothing more to be with you, he is a true lap dog.  He was abandoned and neglected by his former owners in a backyard. Then saved by kind neighbors and made his way into rescue where we are lavishing him with love and cuddles.  He has a calm demeanor, his tail never stops wagging and he follows us everywhere.   He has significant hearing loss but is not completely deaf.  He is great with our dogs.  He gives them kisses and they all sleep together in bed but he doesn't wrestle or play chase, and he hasn't shown interest in playing with toys.  He loves treats and dinner time ! He is content to hang out or walk with you,  sleep and couch cuddle with you.  He is so sweet !  Vincent is heart worm negative, but he does have a heart murmur which will need to be watched down the road.  He has had just a few accidents in the house but he knows how to use the doggy door and he does well with that.  If your looking for a tiny love bug one eared gentlemen lap dog this is your guy !
