Dobie was found as a stray in  North Texas and taken to a local shelter where he waited for his family to come and get him and no one came.  This beautiful boy is a black and white dapple weighing 21.0 lbs.. He is missing one eye and it appears that he was born that way.  Dobie did test positive for those nasty heartworms and so will have to go through treatment before he can be adopted.
