Vela is very new to Rescue having been an Owner Surrender.  She was surrendered to CTDR along with her friend Larry by their owners as they were moving to an apartment and could  not take either dog.  She is fully vetted including a very much needed dental and  is so looking for her forever home.  She and Larry do not have to be adopted together as they are not bonded.  If Vela could be your girl, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
