Heartworm Prevention is given on the 24th of each month

Thelma and Louise are great girls. Both are a good mix of energy and calm. They are very bonded and awesome as entertaining each other. The game of choice seems to be tug of war. While it is obvious that they love each other and need to be adopted together, now that they are comfortable in their foster home it has become clear that Louise is much more dominant of the pair. She will bully Thelma( growl) over food and human attention. Very rarely however does it escalate to anything more. We have found its best to not acknowledge it and Louise will back down. Both look forward   to their daily   walks but also enjoy long snoozes on the couch. Thelma and Louise are House/ doggie door trained, ride well in the car and are good with other small dogs. They are friendly but cautious around new people and seem to be scared/ intimidated by big dogs. ( they bark uncontrollably). Both girls prefer to chase cats so wouldn’t recommend having cats in the family. They have not been crated while in our home and prefer to sleep in the bed with their human.
