CTDR would like to introduce you to Rocky. Rocky's owner passed away and family members were not interested in bothering with poor Rocky. They thought it easier to drop Rocky off at the  Shelter and forget about him. The shelter personnel did not want Rocky forgotten and reached out to CTDR. Rocky came to us not knowing had happened to his world and person, but has adjusted . He is a laid  back and good natured boy. He is a Black and Tan, Smooth hair, tweenie  (about 18lbs)dachshund. He gets along with all people and other dogs, male and female. He is a senior and takes his time. He likes attention and will stand or sit for your attention or touch as long as you like. If you are busy he is content to sit and watch you until you have time for him. He is not a demanding or complaining boy. He is a loving and affectionate dachshund. Rocky is a solid and healthy dachshund. I can recommend Rocky for a single person who wants a companion or for a family who would like an additional member.
