Frank came into Rescue after having to be surrendered by his owner.  Frank had gone down in his back and needed surgery.  CTDR was contacted and brought Frank into Rescue and got him to a specialty hospital immediately and he went into surgery that very afternoon.  He is doing very well and will just need time to recover.  If you would like to give Frank  his forever home, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
