Lulu is one of our newest arrivals into Rescue.  CTDR was contacted by a local shelter and we were told that Lulu had been surrendered because her owner had passed away and there was not anyone in the family who could take her.  CTDR did not hesitate one minute to get her out of the shelter and into a foster home.  Lulu is 5 years old, is spayed and has had some of her vaccines.  She is heartworm negative.  She will get her Rabies vaccine and will be microchipped and then she is ready for a forever home.  Lulu is a Double Dapple Doxie and as a result of that is blind.  She learns and adjusts very quickly and will attach to her person quickly.  Could you be the one to give Lulu her forever home?  If so, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
