Sandy has found himself in Rescue with CTDR after being involved in a confiscation with 9 other dogs.  Sandy has been the most vocal so far of all of the other dogs.  He is not quite sure what is going on in his life right now and hopefully will settle down.  He probably would do best in a home without children.  He is ready to find that right forever home and if you think you could be his human, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
