Toby was found as a stray on the streets of North Texas and taken to a local shelter and then CTDR was contacted.   We jumped into action and got this handsome boy out of the shelter and into a foster home right away.  Toby is a beautiful red standard boy weighing 27.0 lbs.  He is fully vetted and is ready for a forever home.
