Rowdy has found himself back in Rescue with CTDR through no fault of his own.   He first came into CTDR in November 2015.  His name at the time was Buddy and he had been part of a breeding operation that was closing down.  He was adopted in December 2015, weighing 15 lbs at the age of a year and a half old.  Since that time, there have been no complaints whatsoever with Rowdy and he had lived in a home with quite a few other dachshunds and large dogs as well.  The adopter decided she no longer wanted Rowdy after a relationship breakup and so he is now back with CTDR weighing a whopping 22.80 lbs.  He is fully vetted but will need to get on Jenny Craig since he was allowed to become extremely overweight.  He sure needs a foster home and will be looking for a forever home as well, one that will want to keep him the rest of his life..
