Heartworm Prevention is given on the 23rd of each month

UPDATE: She is doing quite well and is becoming more confident every day. She enjoys being outside and has started playing with toys and our dogs. She’s got quite a way to go regarding potty training and using the doggie door, but she is learning and wants to please. 

 

This beautiful senior lady is new to CTDR after being surrendered by her owner who could no longer care for her. She is now up to date on all of her vaccines but sadly her mouth was a disaster and she ended up having to have a full mouth teeth extraction and will need to be on soft food for quite a while.  Sugar is looking for her forever home in hopes to spend the rest of her golden years laying on a nice warm bed and being loved by her humans.  Could this be you?  If so, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
