Theo, short for Theophylis, is a new arrival to CTDR.  Theo was surrendered by his owner along with his siblings, Matilda and Tobias.  Their owner could no longer care for them and reached out to CTDR for help.  CTDR jumped into action and took these 3 siblings and two more from the same home.  Theo is ready   for both a foster home and his forever home.  Could that be you?  If so, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
