Meet Lucy, one of our newest arrivals to CTDR.  She was found running the streets with her friend, Luke, in North Texas.  She was taken to a small town shelter in hopes her owner would come for her.  When no one came, the shelter reached out to CTDR and we got her to safety right away.  Lucy is ready for her forever home as she has completed her vetting process.  If interested in giving this little girl her forever home, plese complete an application at ctdr.org.
