Meet one of CTDR's newest arrivals, Candy.  This beautiful girl was an owner surrender as part of a breeding and hoarding situation.  Candy is a 5 year old red and white longhair girl and a double dapple.  Due to her being a double dapple, one of her eyes did not form all the way and she will be having her eye removed along with being spayed and microchipped.   She has received all of her vaccines and unfortunately also tested positive for heartworms and will need to go through treatment before she can be adopted.  Candy has been used to living outside all of her life  having litter after litter with almost no human interaction.  She is very scared and nervous but hopefully will start to trust humans again and she can even learn to be a dog.  Please check back on our website for more updates on Candy.
