We want to welcome Monte to CTDR.  This handsome boy was found walking the streets in Central Texas.  The finder tried finding his owner b putting up signs, posting to local neighborhood boards but to no avail.  When no one came forward, CTDR was contacted and we immediately said we would take him.  He has started the vetting process and should be ready for his foster home in a couple of days and then on to his forever home.
