Heartworm Prevention is given on the 6th of each month

UPDATE:   Kris is doing well and settled in. He is eating well after switching to a food he likes much better, and is growing quickly. He and his foster sister spend most of the day zooming around the house and wrestling. They have been playing some friendly, competitive games over toys, but seem to be having a lot of fun doing so. He seems to do best with a dog buddy and/or a family that can get him some good exercise—he's a very playful puppy! He's a little barky at other dogs on walks, so we're working on staying focused. He's doing very well on his house training; he rarely needs to go out in the middle of the night, and is doing a great job during the day "going potty outside." He can be clingy and LOVES to be in a lap. He's a very smart, sweet boy who learns quickly and loves getting attention!
