Hard Luck Charlie is very new to CTDR.  This sweet boy was found in a ditch by an Animal Control Officer.  Upon finding him, it was obvious Charlie had been attacked by another animal and was severely injured.  He was taken to a local EC where he had surgery to clean wounds and then he went to the local shelter.  CTDR was contacted as the shelter staff did not want to leave Charlie all alone at night.  CTDR jumped into action and his fosters immediately picked him up.  He has a long road of recovery, so please check the website for further updates on him.
