Wowza!  What a handsome boy Toby is.  This handsome guy is a new arrival to CTDR having been surrendered by his owners due to his personality change.  He had been attacked by a large dog and since the attack he had been acting out with fear aggression. Toby should go to a home with no children and preferably a one person home.
