Finn is a new arrival to CTDR after being surrendered by his owner.  There was another dog in the home that did not get along with Finn and the owner did not want him to get hurt.  He is up to date on all of his vaccines and is currently ADOPTION PENDING so we will not be accepting applications at this time.
