Toby is a new arrival to CTDR along with his 3 friends, Lady, Bullet and Rusty.  Their owners lost everything in a home fire and thankfully the dogs were found the next day walking around the property. The owners surrendered all 4 dogs as they could no longer care for them. Toby has started the vetting process and right now also has a skin infection most likely due to the fire.  He has a few burn marks and a couple of wounds that are healing nicely but he is ready to find his forever home.  If you would like to give Toby his forever home, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org.
