Toto, is one of the Wizard of Oz Kids, who was surrendered by his owners as he and his siblings, Ruby Red Slippers, Dorothy and Glinda, were an unwanted litter.  These 4 babies are 6 weeks old and have started their vetting process.  Toby is a big cuddle bug and he loves to lay his head on his pillow and he loves to howl when he wants attention.   He has started his vetting process but is ready to find a foster home and to find his forever home.  If interested in Toto, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org.
