Welcome to CTDR Miss Connie!  This sweet little girl was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, which is a swelling of the brain.  This can be treated with medication and this has not slowed this little girl down.  When she is inside, she wants to be in your lap and is quite the little snuggle bug but when she is outside she wants to run like crazy.  She has started the vetting process and once she has completed that, she will be ready for her forever home.  If interested in Connie, please complete am application at www.ctdr.org.
