Meet Layla, the newest arrival to CTDR.  Layla was found running the streets of North Texas and after many attempts to find her owner, and having no luck, Layla was taken to the nearest shelter in hopes her owners would come for her.  CTDR was contacted when no one came for this little cutie.  Layla is almost completely vetted and just needs to have a couple more vaccines and then she is ready.
