Percy is very laid back, friendly and cuddly little guy. We think he still misses his last owner.

He's a bit obese, but we're working on that; he's on a diet and we're going on walks, which he really enjoys. He hardly ever barks, not even when the other dogs are riled up. He's okay with other small dogs, but gets intimidated by large dogs.

Children scare him a little. He hasn't been tested with cats. His potty training is near perfect and he knows how to use a dog door.
