Snoop is a sweet lap loving snuggler who just wants to be near his person as much as possible. He likes to go on walks and for car rides and waits quietly for foster mom to get home. He uses the dog door and if taken outside first thing in the morning and after dinner is almost totally potty trained. He is very quiet and almost completely hearing impaired . He sees ok during the day and is blind at night. He is so sweet and didn't deserve to be tossed out by the family that had him his whole life. He just needs a good loving home to be loved in.
