Cinder was found running down a subdivision road without a collar or tags.  After leaving signs all over the neighborhood and talking with the Security attendants, Cinder joined the CTDR Rescue program.  Cinder is not a big barker and loves being around other dogs although she does tend to be a little submissive.  She appears to be housetrained and crate trained.
